I really like pseudo-manitou's work - it's bold and graphic - deceptively simple (upon further examination, it's not so simple), and is usually tied to something that he feels strongly about - a trait that I admire.
I was feeling graphic-designer-y, and one day thought I'd try and throw together a piece like pseudo's - and here's the result. Sadly, it's not tied to anything, political or otherwise.
1-2 hours, skull and picture of dreadlocks used as a reference.

I like it's simplicity and easily comprehensible design but, what i don't get is Why the interesting color below? Not that I'm saying its wrong, cuz it's not. I just want to know why tan?
